Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 27, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LIVEPLUSTV INC. (“LIVEPLUSTV”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this marketing website, and the choices you have.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They can be “essential” (needed for the site to work) or “non-essential” (used to measure traffic, improve the service, or advertise it).
Cookies we use
- Essential. A small amount of local storage records your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit. Pages that include an interactive form may use a privacy-preserving challenge to prevent abuse. These are required for the site to function and are not used to track you.
- Analytics. We count page views and load times with a cookieless analytics script. It stores nothing on your device, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other sites, so it runs whichever choice you make here and there is nothing to consent to.
- Advertising (with consent). If you accept, we load the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel. These set cookies that let us measure which ads brought someone to the site and show our ads again to people who have already been here. Google and Meta receive your IP address, your browser and device details, and the pages you view on this site, and they may combine that with data they already hold about you. If you choose Essential only, neither tag loads.
- Dashboard product analytics. Inside the dashboard (the signed-in part of the service) we use PostHog to understand how the dashboard is used: which pages you open, the steps you complete when setting up a channel, and session recordings of where you click. PostHog sets a cookie and uses local storage so that it can tell one visit from the next and connect them to your account. Everything you type is masked in recordings. The dashboard has no cookie banner because these cookies are part of running the service you signed in to; you can block them in your browser, and the dashboard keeps working.
Your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether to allow non-essential cookies. Choosing Essential only keeps the cookies the site needs to work and nothing else; we do not set any non-essential cookies until you choose Accept all. You can change your answer at any time: the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page brings the banner back. We also ask again every six months, so an answer you gave long ago does not stand forever. Switching from Accept all to Essential only reloads the page so that any advertising tags already running are stopped.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
