No tool gets a channel carried. Platforms take channels on genre, on the depth of the library, on how the schedule looks at 3 a.m., and on whether the audience they already have will watch it. What tooling does is take the second half of the problem away: when a platform says yes, the stream, the guide and the cues are already in its format, the application does not stall on a missing artwork size, and six months later you can still tell which partners are pulling the feed and which stopped.
The channels that get carried have a clear identity and a real 24/7 grid. If yours does not yet, start there, or turn the library you already own into one, and come back to distribution when the schedule holds up on its own. If a distributor or aggregator has offered to carry the channel on a revenue share, the provider guide sets out what to ask before the price.
