Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This Acceptable Use & Content Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may and may not do with the LIVEPLUSTV Service provided by LIVEPLUSTV INC. (“LIVEPLUSTV”, “we”, “us”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time. Violations may result in content removal, channel suspension, or account termination.

1. Content you must have the rights to

You may only transmit content you own or are licensed to broadcast and distribute. This includes, without limitation, the underlying video, embedded music and sound recordings, fonts, graphics, trademarks, and any required talent, sports, or carriage rights. If you cannot document your rights to a piece of content, do not stream it.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to transmit, store, or distribute content that:

• infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right;
• is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the privacy or rights of others;
• constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexually exploits minors;
• incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful acts, or promotes hatred against protected groups;
• contains malware or is designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• circumvent or attempt to exceed the limits or entitlements of your plan (for example, resolution, frame rate, codec, concurrency, or storage caps);
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan;
• reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to send spam or to violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Plan limits and fair use

Each plan includes a maximum number of simultaneous (“concurrent”) viewers, along with other limits and entitlements, as described on our pricing page and in your plan. Concurrent viewers — not delivery bandwidth — are how plans scale. If a channel regularly approaches or reaches its plan’s concurrent-viewer limit, we may ask you to move to a plan that fits its audience.

We may review any channel whose usage materially exceeds what its plan is designed for, and we may require a more suitable plan, apply reasonable limits, or (for usage at or beyond a plan limit) cap new viewer sessions for the affected channel until it is within the limit or moved to an appropriate plan. Where practical we will give reasonable notice before acting, except where prompt action is needed to protect the Service or other customers.

5. Enforcement

We may, with or without prior notice, remove or disable any content, channel, or stream, and suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe violates this AUP or applicable law, or that exposes us or other customers to legal risk. For severe violations (including alleged infringement, CSAM, or illegality) we may act immediately.

6. Repeat infringers

Consistent with our DMCA Copyright Policy, we maintain and enforce a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights.
